Behind The Lens
Location
This photo was taken in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Cades Cove.Time
I believe it was taken in the afternoon. A very sunny day in late summer.Lighting
Just shot as much as I could with all the changes in natural lighting taking place. This was a huge meadow bellow the foothills.Equipment
No tripod. I used my Sony A300 with 75/300 lens.Inspiration
I love the mountains and the colors. I like shooting landscapes the most. Especially when the light and colors seem to change before your eyes.Editing
Yes. I love to edit full color, black and white, whatever I can conjure up on the computer. My friends and family love my canvas creations as well as making the same shot look like I've taken several. In my camera bag
I use a Sony A300 and A77, 75/300, 18/70, 1/8/50, and 2.8/28 lenses, a tripod, mono, flash, and several filters.Feedback
I'm not an expert to say the least. I can only say take as many pictures as you can in as many ways that you can, and then have fun editing and printing. I use Epson Stylus Photo R1900 and Epson Stylus Pro 7890 printers.
