Location
Shot this in a warehouse in Orlando. Using a pain of 8' X 4' plexiglass between the models and camera. White seamless was behind the models. An even spraying of water was slowly poured out over the surface on the models side. One high and perfectly positioned Profoto head angled down. One of the challenges was body positioning. I had an assistant move this main light after every roll of film was exposed. I used Kodak Tri-X Pan black and white print film.Time

I was watching a waterfall and thought to myself if I could have that effect slowed down over a glass surface and was interested to see the melting and surreal look of the modelsEditing
No post processing !In my camera bag
I have recently changed over my system fro 30 years with Nikon and now to Sony. For this image I was using a Nikon F6 with an 85 1.4 lens and also shot on my Pentax 67 with 120mm lensFeedback
Be happy you have digital now which makes lighting and effect much easier to get the result you want. When we got this film and contact sheets processed we realized we had created magic!
