(Deinopis subrufa) Body length 3 cm, overall length 10 cm. This amazing spider catches it's prey by hanging face down, it makes a net out of woolly silk and holds it with its legs. When prey is detected by it's two large eyes it drops down covering it's target with the net entangling it. I could not get any closer than this as my lens was sitting between the spiders legs.
