when on the streets I usually walk around with my kit lens 18-135mm and 50mm 1.8 for street portraits. Both of these go on my 700D/T5iFeedback
I have seen many images of this style including long exposures. With modern cameras the possibilities are endless. Work out the scene, look for leading lines, see if you can including a human element. Not just someone posing or walking but someone who is praying will make the image better than others.
