I was in Germany at the Dachau Concentration Camp when this photo was taken. During the tour of the camp, we were taken through what would have been used as a gas chamber. There, huddled in the darkness with 20 or so other tourists, the only source of light was coming from a vent in the corner. I tried to keep my cool, but tears were pouring from my eyes and as we exited the room I took one last look at the "shower head" above me.
