Canada's "pass through" province is a lot more than wheat fields and flat
highways. We escaped the Trans Canada Hwy #1 and headed north. A stand of poplars. A sweet sunny September day. Prince Albert National Park welcomed us into rugged boreal forest and glacial rivers whose only purpose is to feed those flat golden fields.
