During a visit to Perth's AQWA this year, I took a zoomed in pic, hand-held of a couple of small reef fish passing by in the large, lit (natural light from the top and artificial light from the sides) display tank. No flash was used, and in post processing, all I did was remove the noise, add detail which sharpened the image a little and add a little more contrast, so I'm pleased with the end result for a compact, ultra zoom camera.
