Majestic subject. The veils of water are beautiful. Great contrasts between soft and hard, fluid and rigid, light and dark.
Just a thought - I see the top of the image seems very bright - I presume that was the apex of the subject, and the daylight was above that horizon. Perhaps cropping the image down a little from the top to make the "second tier" the horizon, and using the top "tier" as the background...?

Behind The Lens

Location

Mackenzie falls Northern Grampians Victoria

Time

about mid day

Lighting

was all natural light. it was a wet overcast day

Equipment

i had both my 1000d and my 7d with me not sure witch one i took it with

Inspiration

i love waterfalls

Editing

i only had to adjust the contrast a little and remove the water droplets on the lens i prefer to try not to edit my photos too much

In my camera bag

sigma 70-300mm canon 55-250mm,2x canon 58mm

Feedback

overcast days are best if the waterfall is bare(no trees)as you wont get bright edges. take as many shots as you can on as many angles as you can
