My childhood view

There is such a story behind this image. This is the view I grew up with for my bedroom window. I used to live in the fantastic little cottage called, pond cottage. So named because of the pond at the left of this image. You can't see it through all the overgrown trees, but its there. Just like the memories of the 20 years i have lived in the wonderful place. Though there were rough times, there were also great times. I loved this garden so much i spend every birthday I had practically in this garden.

Unfortunately, my mother nor father lives here any more, they split up and my mother remarried and sold the family home. This image is a gift for her wedding, a reminder of the beautiful surrounds we were all fortunate enough to have.

I only wish I had a better camera to show just how beautiful and breathtaking it is to have had this for 20 years, but thanks to photography, I can take this view with me where ever i move and so can my mom.
