I took this photo in my showere in Japiur. I tend to be a very creative person and am constantly looking for inspiration and motivation to capture new photos in my camera.Time
This image has been one of my personal favourite and the most liked by the audience. I remember being in the shower as I tried to relax my brain and clear up the thoughts that usually mess up our heads. As I diverted my attention to the sound of those little water droplets coming out of the head of the shower, I then knew that this is going to be my next masterpiece. And the next thing I know, I'm trying to find the best angle to capture the shower and the droplets.Lighting
My understanding and capability of capturing light is yet to be perfected. But remembering the time when I was trying to find the perfect angle, I was also looking to find the perfect balance between light and darkness in order to bring out the best possible form of drama out this image.Equipment
This image was shot with a Canon 600D with a 18-55mm lens. No other equipment was usedInspiration
I remember, it was one of those days where I was struggling to find inspiration to capture something new. This time my gut pushed me to really capture something that would easily miss the human eye even in bright sunshine.Editing
When I captured this, I barely knew how to use Photoshop so I used to do majority of my post-processing on my mobile. I hence just dabbled with a bit of exposure, contrast and used the Black and White filter which I thought looked best on the image. In my camera bag
Generally I love to carry my Canon 600D with a 18-55mm lens with a solar filter on it.Feedback
Photography is that form of art which can put life in the most lifeless thing in the world. It's all about how we see and what we see. Photography makes things look very easy but only the person behind that camera, pressing the capture button knows how difficult it is to seize the most perfect moment that could be a once in a lifetime opportunity. As a young individual, I'm always looking for beauty, art and inspiration in everything I see around me. My view is that, there are the big things that the world runs behind, but it's the small things that would count the most. Our lives are filled with the smallest of moments that would count out to an unimaginable number and there will be millions of moments like these and what photography teaches me is to remember that there is beauty in the smallest and the tiniest of objects which we have a chance of capturing for a lifetime with a powerful tool named "Camera". What photography has taught me is that there is best in every situation and beauty in the eyes of those who can really see it. I tend to expand my horizons everyday and try to see things in a way that almost everyone will not.
