Thanks! I have several squirrel photos. I feed 10 of them every morning.

Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in East Tennessee in 2015 on a cold wintery day in front of my home. He propped himself up with the pile of snow so he could eat the cracked corn and seeds I gave him.

Time

It was taken one morning when I got up - around 8:30'ish.

Lighting

I didn't use a flash - nature's lighting.

Equipment

Nikon D5100 camera.

Inspiration

I love nature and watching the squirrels and birds gather together to have breakfast every day is the highlight of my mornings. It makes me happy.

Editing

I use photoshop a lot but I don't think I used it on this photo. Maybe just to crop it closer.

In my camera bag

I always have a flash and two lenses and backup batteries and memory cards.

Feedback

I would highly suggest just watching what goes on in your own front yard and see what shows up. That will tell you what to buy and feed the small animals. I also have a woodpecker that I feed, bluejays, hawks, cardinals, and chipmunks.
