An Okinawan local, member of the Japanese Communist Party (JCP), gives his remarks during a protest held in Kokusai Street, Naha, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 4, 2014. The JCP gathered to protest the U.S. Military presence in Okinawa, Japan.
