Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photograph 15 years ago with film camera with a tripod with a Canon 650 camera @ f8 on the setting of bulb for about 1second. I am self taught when it come to learning about doing things right. I love to make people forget about there stressers.

Time

I took this at about 9:45 pm. This got my attention right away!!! I love to get the capture the moment.

Lighting

You have to know how to let go of the shutter button to get the right exposer time. This was about a second on bulb.

Equipment

This was taken with a Canon Rebel 650 film camera @ f8 on bulb for 1 second on a tripod with no flash. With asa 400 speed film.

Inspiration

I love the uhh's and ahh's from other people expressions when they see my work! I love to do fireworks because they are an artwork to show of our expression of freedom for our country. I love to teach others to do there best as well in Life!

Editing

No I did not do anything more to this picture. This is it.

In my camera bag

I will tell you I have two digital camera in my bag now. I plan very shortly to get back into my film cameras again. I have a t5 with a 18-55 mm lens on it and a Rebil xsi with a 75-300 mm on it. I also have extra batteries just in case I need them.

Feedback

Remember you need a good tripod. Watch for the right moment to happen then take the photo. Like I said earlier f8 is the best set this at. On a new camera it is 1/3 of second. Do not give up! Keep doing it till you get it.
