Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Orlando, Florida. It is the area in between Island of Adventure and Universal Studios. It was taken at then end of the most amazing day of fun and laughter.

Time

If I recall this photo was taken late afternoon/early evening. As I was leaving the themed parks I turned to look back and thought the light and the whole ambiance was just beautiful.

Lighting

The lighting just made me stop and think "I need a photo of this moment" it's hard to explain but, I just felt the need to capture that moment I time as I didn't believe I cod have that moment again!

Equipment

I was carrying around my work fuji digital camera as didn't want to take my slr in the theme parks......I just looked through the lens, scanned around until I seen the perfect shot that captured the end of the perfect day!

Inspiration

I wanted to shoot that perfect photo that expresses the ambiance of the end of a perfect day. The light, the colours, the location, it all came into one in the view of my eye and the click of the shutter on my camera.

Editing

I did no post-processing, the photo you see is exactly what I seen the second I took the shot.

In my camera bag

This was just my small fuji digital camera. I usually carry around my shinom c64 with wide angle lens, and zoom lens, various coloured lenses to attach however, that depends on if I'm using colour or black and white films.

Feedback

Before I take any photo I scan around visually to look for that perfect shot and location, I then scan around looking through my camera. You will know when you've got that perfect shot.
