Behind The Lens

Location

Captured this photo in my back yard. Go out every morning with my camera and always find something to take a picture of.

Time

This photo was captured in mid morning after a light rain.

Lighting

The sun was just coming out after the rain and the lighting excentuated the droplet in the dandelion, awesome lighting that helped to pick up this tiny droplet.

Equipment

I was using my canon t3 with the kit lens 18-55mm with a raynox magnifying clip on lens, hand held.

Inspiration

Love the soft airiness of dandelions when they are going to seed and the sun was shining down right on the raindrop with a sparkle and of course caught my eye and had to try and get the shot.

Editing

The only editing done on this photo was the cropping.

In my camera bag

I usually have two cameras in my bag my canon t3 and Pentax K-50 with several lens for both cameras (50mm, 55-300, and 18-55) polarizer filter and when going out into field my tripod.

Feedback

If and when I can afford a macro lens I would advise that it may be a lot easier to try this shot using a macro lens.
