Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in a field near a pub in Prescott, Liverpool, Merseyside.

Time

This was taken about 5pm

Lighting

This was the sun setting and I was in the right place at the right time.

Equipment

Nikon D7100 and the lens I used was 18mm-105mm

Inspiration

The story behind this photo is funny. I was stuck in traffic on the motorway and needed the toilet, I knew there was an exit coming up and a pub close by. As I pulled into the car park I noticed this amazing sun setting and I went straight for my camera. Toilet had to wait.

Editing

No editing.

In my camera bag

I'm an amateur and I have a Nikon D3200 and a Nikon D7100 with 18mm-55mm lens and also 18mm-105mm lens.

Feedback

Keep on trying to improve your technique and be flexible as to what appears. Always carry a camera in your car. Expect the unexpected.......
