This photo was taken on my balcony. It was a sunny day. I just bought my 50mm macro F2,8 and needed an object to test it on. These little flowers were the perfect subject. Each photograph is a learning process. Not thinking about using a tripod, I took some pictures. The only thing that has changed are the colors. In retrospect, very proud of the result.Time
On Monday morning, May 5, 2014, I was enjoying a cup of coffee with my wife. I saw the flowers protrude just above the planter. This was a great opportunity to try out my new lens. So I grabbed my camera and tried a few different angles. The right angle found and made some pictures. This was around 9:32. Then the photos loaded into the computer and edited. The pictures were edited and finished at 9:57. Usually I'm not easily satisfied. But this is one of the few where I could be proud of.Lighting
The lighting was just right. The rising sun lit up the flowers properly. Just the perfect setup.Equipment

Not so long in possession of a good macro lens. And wanted to expand my portfolio with more nature and portrait photos. So that morning was the right moment to use the lens. The flowers were a nice excuse to leave my coffee.Editing
The pictures in natural color was beautiful. But I wanted something extra. After several different color settings. The color blue gave that little extra color. It gives the picture something unnatural.In my camera bag
My bag contains standard the Sigma 70-300mm f5.6, Sigma 50mm macro f / 2.8 and the Canon 15-55mm STM. A gray card and a cleaning kit. Plus my Canon EOS 700D, which I am very pleased about. This way I can choose an appropriate lens in any situation.Feedback
The best advice I can give is to look at the issue from all angles. Just try different setting and enjoy it. Do not be afraid to make mistakes because learning from your mistakes makes you a better photographer. Try to use as much natural light. To edit the pictures play with the colors and do not use too bright colors.
