I am in the pool daily and always scoop out the bugs and lay them out on the deck to dry for the Blue Whiptail lizards to eat. They became very friendly with me and would follow me around the pool while I tidied things up. One morning I brought along my Canon SX50HS with a lens that telephotos out to 1200mm. Of course I did not need that on this day. I got in the pool with my camera (that made me nervous) and settled in and waited. I got several good shots that day but this is my favorite because you can see his little tongue! And his claws!!Time
