This photo was taken at my previous home in Aweres Township, Ontario.Time
It was about early evening when this photo was taken of my grandson and my puppy....it was an 'aha' moment where I literally ran to get my camera and took the shot because I knew that in a split second this moment would be gone as kids and puppies move fast!Lighting
I really never even thought about the lighting. Like I said it was such a quick response to what my eye caught that I knew I only had seconds to take this shot!Equipment
This was shot with my older camera, a Canon Rebel T3.Inspiration
No inspiration required. I just knew that if I didn't get the shot right then and there that my 'aha' moment would forever be gone.Editing
Yes, I changed my photo from colour to black and white and used some contracting and shading.In my camera bag
I always have in tow with me my new Canon Rebel T6i, small tripod and various lenses. I am always looking for that moment in time!Feedback
The only advice I can give is to always have your camera by your side! You just never know what you will capture at any given moment in time.
