My little girl is so photogenic and we were just watching tv hanging out. I spied the light on her and grabbed the camera. She loves to make facial expressions so we went through them all... smiling, sad, no expression, and surprise. I love this kid!Editing
I use Adobe Lightroom to flatten all of my images and tweak them up a bit.In my camera bag
I always carry my D3100 with stock lens, a 70-300mm lens, flash, extra charged battery, cable release, and of course cleaning items.Feedback
Always be aware of the light given to you. Use it! It's natural and to me just makes the subject look more "real". I don't do much studio work... mostly shoot outdoors. But sometimes the light creeps in your house and makes it work! Proof positive with this photo!
