Location
It was taken in one of my favourite parts of London, St. John's Wood. That is because of awesome atmosphere of this area, brick buildings covered with colourful plants, it's very quiet and friendly landscape.Time
It was beautiful autumn morning, something about 9:00 am. Together with my daughter we were admiring the colours of the fall.Lighting
The morning was stunning even though the sun was hiding behind relatively thick clouds. In fact that caused the light being natural, diffused, that's why I could avoid harsh shadow.Equipment
To take this picture I used very old Canon EOS 400D and Canon 85mm f/1.8 lens. No other equipment was involved.Inspiration
My daughter, Olivia, was - and constantly is - my inspiration. She is very sensitive as it regards plants and animals.Editing
This photograph was edited using LR and PS CC software. There was not too much of post-processing there, I only slightly increased sharpness and saturation. That's it.In my camera bag
At the moment I am using Canon EOS 6D, prime lenses such as: Canon 85mm f/1.8, Canon 50mm f/1.8, one polarising filter and one gradual (grey) filter.Feedback
Whilst taking pictures of children I am focusing mostly on their behaviour, trying to capture these particular moments of wistfulness, cogitation, happiness or sadness. As for the lighting - from my experience I can tell that the natural light is the best. And you don't have to have a top-notch equipment to take superb picture.
