Thousands of manatee's arrive daily to enjoy the super-heated water of Teco' Electrics sub-station at Apollo Beach Florida. The water temp stays at a warm 88 degree's year round. Manatee's can get cold-stunned and die when waters get below 70 degree's, so Teco' implemented a conservation program just for the manatee's. How the manatee's know about this place, can only be attributed to them communicating that it is there.
