Hi! I have a photo of a nymph of one of these. They are called Wheel Bugs.... they apparently have a very very painful sting from that beautiful red stinger by the mouth! I also have images of them mating I need to upload here! I am in central PA.. where are you located?

I love this macro shot , every fine detail so clear right down to the tiny hairs!!! great shot. this species of assassin bug is know as a wheelbug because of the wheel shape armor on it's back
