Mary,
I love how you got the double reflection in the windows. It adds to the composition that the train was coming around the curve when you took this shot. The photo is sharp and the tiny bit of motion blur on the foliage shows that the train was moving. (which I like and adds to the picture as well. GOOD EYE!

Location
It was taken in Osceola, WI on a train ride/luncheon for volunteers at The Seven County Senior Federation in Mora, MN. Being a true beginner I am always experimenting with different shots. This one just "worked" for me.Time
It was a perfect summer afternoon, sunny and warm. I'm not sure of the exact time but it was between noon and one o'clock.Lighting
Since it was a very bright day, I waited until we were going back through a heavily wooded area to compensate.Equipment
I used my Canon t3i with the standard 18-50mm lens. No tripod or flash was used. Being on a train, I found it best to just hold my camera.Inspiration
Like I said earlier, I am a true beginner and I tend to try everything just to learn the effects. Mirror images are the most fun to work with, so many ways to trick the mind.Editing
No additional processing was done to this photo. What you see is what I shot.In my camera bag
I have been adding to my bag lately. I have the Canon t3i with the 18-50mm lens, a 50-200mm lens and a 150-500mm lens. The 150-500mm is my newest and I'm heading out to SD tomorrow to try it out. My next addition will probably be a macro lens (another intriguing art form).Feedback
The best advice for anyone is to just try everything. Because of digital photography, experimenting is never a waste.
