The photo was taken at India's first private hill station where I went for vacation with my parents.Time
It was evening.Lighting
The whole place was built to look like an old european destination. The light from lamps was typical yellowish and the way it reflected from the rocks gave the place an antique kind off look which appealed to me. There was partial moonlight which added to the effects.Equipment
It was just my D5100 and nothing else.Inspiration
It was mostly the excitement which inspired me as I had purchased my first DSLR and was vacationing with my parents. So you know, I was kind of under some pressure to perform so that I could justify there investment in this camera !Editing

I usually keep a prime lens, a telephoto lens, my kit lens, a ND filter and a lens cleaner in my bag.Feedback
Just find the perfect angle from which light bounces perfectly and the composition is right at the same time and you'll have a great image !
