An introduced species to South Florida, this is an apparently old male Brown Basilisk, better known as a "Jesus Lizard" for it's ability to run on the water's surface.
Normally you wouldn't be able to get this close to one, but this was on a chilly day, which gave me the opportunity to get an up close macro shot.
