Captured December 2013, the sun sets in Carlsbad, California and the waves made a perfect V, the clouds shades of beautiful pastels.

On negative tide days, the tidepools show us amazing sea life.

The skies were turning all sorts of colors, and made this almost blue sunset. Oceanside Pier in the distance made this a spectacular scene.

Children often go to the tidepools at Carlsbad, and this was a perfect golden sunset, with this child walking through the tidepools. Loved the silhoue
