Gorgeous capture! Love the expression. Nice natural framing between the spindles. Blur brings you right in to that beautiful face. Lovely work!

Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at my home in Texas. I am a self taught photographer. I recently acquired a new lens so I am constantly practicing.

Time

This was taken mid afternoon.

Lighting

I have a huge glass door that is in front of the stairs. It happened to shine just the right about of light in when I took the photograph.

Equipment

I used my Nikon D3100- sense AF-S Nikkor 50mm f/1.4G

Inspiration

My boxer Fancy is always a great photo prop! I love boxers, I recently had adopted her from the Austin Boxer rescue. My old boxer Bailey had passed away so I needed some great new pictures.

Editing

I did not need to do any post-processing.

In my camera bag

I always carry my Nikon D3100 with the 18-55mm lens.

Feedback

I feel like if you think it works go for it! When things are still and the lighting is great it all comes together.
