I live in the south suburbs of Chicago, IL. Nothing unique about my town or area but what is special is that I am near some amazing places. Near to the east is the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore with great beaches, high sand dunes and woodland. I am out this way almost every week. This was taken while hiking at West Beach in late fall.
