Location
I took this photo in a friend's kitchen, while hanging out with some drinks one night.Time
This photo was probably taken about 11 at night? We'd been sitting around for a while and decided to play around with some different features and spaces in his house.Lighting
I opted to move towards black and white for this one as the shading and lighting came out quite nicely, the tungsten(?) lighting in the kitchen wasn't good for the aesthetic I was going for.Equipment
I used my Canon EOS 450D with a basic 18-55 lens, nothing crazy at all!Inspiration
I was inspired to take this photo as we had both begun to get a little bored and it was a great time to capture how I felt about how our days of life just seem to tick along sometimes.Editing
I didn't do any post-processing that was physical, only playing with the image on photoshop and lightroom a little bit.In my camera bag
I carry an extremely basic set up with me when I have my camera. In the bag is the Canon EOS450D, an older Canon film camera, a couple of lenses including the f1.8 prime lens and some charging equipment. I'm not usually too far away from a computer so I won't fill the memory card.Feedback
Play around with poses and stuff, you don't need a professional model or anyone who has experience in the field, you just need one person and some desire to help out!
