Photoshop..time consuming but photo on top of photo; lower opacity so I can see and then erasing the parts I want to see, if that makes sense :-)

I have since updated this edited series of photos since I have learned more as far as editing skills go---the new one eliminates many glaring errors (to me!); I will keep this one up as an example.
