I took this photo in Muang Ngoi village, Laos. While cruising down the river we initially skipped the village, but then one day later we decided to take the boat back up the river to check it out. And that was probably one of the best choices ever. This place back then was truly special, accessible only by river it is one of the prettiest villages I have seen on Earth, surrounded by rice paddies, lovely villages and karst cliffs it is spectacular.Time
We arrived to Muang Ngoi in the morning hours, and as I stepped out of the tiny boat I knew this was the place to be.Lighting
