It was a cold winter day in Washington and yet these beauties were in bloom anyway. The radiance of this Snow Drop was more evident as the sun came out. The only way to capture it's glow was to come up from underneath and let the light pour through it's pure petals.

On a cold day in Washington State, these beauties bloom anyway. As the sun came out, I wanted to capture the pure white that came through the delicate petals. The only way to do that was to find the flowers face, looking up from underneath. I didn't know that the center of the Snow Drop had stripes of green until I found her face, which seems to look at the ground in humility.
