Behind The Lens

Location

Norwich cathedral.

Time

I can't remember the exact time. I had been walking around Norwich since early morning, I was tired and decided to rest for a while. That's where I found this cathedral.

Lighting

Dusk was falling, so the light coming from the windows quite warm, I didn't have to add anything extra.

Equipment

This was taken with my first camera: a Sony DSC-H5.

Inspiration

I didn't think about the photo. I walked in, I saw this stunning cathedral so quite and peaceful and just decided to shoot it.

Editing

No.

In my camera bag

Not much, as I don't like to carry heavy stuff. Just my camera, Panasonic DMC-GF2, a quite small one, and then two different lenses.

Feedback

I find the dusk or dawn the best time to shoot churches/cathedrals. When the light gets in sideways, everything as a different color and the walls are covered with the reflexes from the windows.
