It takes great skill to create fireworks. The sky lit up with brilliant colors from a combination of different components put together by someone with skill. The chemical characteristics of these elements, Strontium (Sr) salts, Copper (Cu) compounds, and possibly one or more of the elements that produce the gold, yellow, or electric white, is why this unique firework produced the brilliant color of purple shooting stars.
