Location

I took this photo in 4th of july 2012 In Seattle Washington State. It was the most beautiful day during a golden hour!

Time

It was during the evening of independence day of july 2012 around 9:00pm with beautiful golden hour lighting

Lighting

Yes you most be out during a best time of the day I preferred a golden hour time of early morning or late evening for the best shot

Equipment

I use with shot a Sony Alpha 77 a 24mp Camera. And Bogen model 3021 heavy duty tripod, with bogen heavy duty head model 3047 for best stability. Shutter Release cable was use too. Lens Tamron 70-300mm 4-5.6

Inspiration

It was the most beautiful day during a golden hour. I was hopping to have a fire works on background during the independance day however the fire works was moved to deferent location in the city. So I got just a beautiful image with the golden hour warming lighting in the skyline. The moon was taken in Anchorage Alaska and added later in photoshop CS-4 Extended

Editing

I use a photoshop to add the moon which was taken separetly in Alaska and added in post process. and I mach the color with the skyline. Also lightroom Lr5 was used to fix the images and color. Then finished In OnOne's Photo Suite 9 which's my favorite software when it come to produce the best image.

I do have in my bag a sony alpha 77 body and sony Sal 16-50mm lens Tamron 70-300mm F4-5.6 Lens Tamron Macro 1-1 2.8 90mm lens Sigma 135-400 mm 1:4.5-5.6 APO lens A Bogen Tripod Model 3021 and bogen heavy duty Head model 3047 A Pentax Medium Format 6x7 Camera and couple of pentax lenses from wide angle and telephoto and between.
