Manipulated photography. It took two days to put this photograph together, as i was waiting for the paint to dry.. seriously! I first took a tube of acrylic paint and squeezed it into the shapes I wanted for the paint droplets. I then had to wait until it dried and carefully lift it off the pallet. Being a plastic paint it was then easy to manipulate into the shapes I wanted. I then photographed the rose with paint arranged and used a painting tool on my computer to manipulate the petal to make it look like the paint was dripping.
