13 years after "revolution" and the end of Slobodan Milosevic's regime, nothing much changed. Bad politics, criminal, corruption, low life standard, unemployment and total degradation of society and cultural values seems bigger than ever. This ruin of former Yugoslavian Army Headquarters bombed in 1999 still reminds us of our past, and telling us that the present is the same or even worse.
