Rose's

Two years ago I planted this little start, Over the summer I awaited the beauty I was promised, By the time fall rolled around I was sure it was a dud. By the next spring the stem was budding. I eagerly waited the first Blossom to mature, I remember looking at that first bud thinking oh boy tomorrow it will be so pretty. Well imagine my surprise the next morning when My daughter comes in with this beautiful rose, to ask me if she could give it to the neighbor lady. I was pretty upset but told her ok. So this year I beat her to it. It has been dreary the last few days, with a little rain. So when I noticed the rose bush had bloomed I grabbed my FujiFilm camera and snapped a photo.
