Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my mothers house in north wales it's a picture of her dog called Lady who only a few weeks later passed away. Iv always likes taking pictures so after coming back from working in Afghanistan Iv treated mysel to a Nikon D810 and I am self taught.

Time

I just got to my mothers house about 12:30 lunch time my mother wasn't in so I thought I would take a dew pictures of her dog Lady.

Lighting

This was taken just using natural light.

Equipment

I used my new Nikon D810 the lens I used was a AF-S 50mm 1:1.8G

Inspiration

I literally just seen Lady the dog and wanted to test my new camera out so lay down on the floor and took a few pictures.

Editing

This photo has not been touched this is exactly how it was taken.

In my camera bag

I normally travel light just my Nikon D810 and 50mm lens an that's it.

Feedback

Take your time and get down to the dogs level and snap away adjusting your camera see what looks best even if you just get one good picture out of hundreds it's worth it.
