Behind The Lens

Location

This beautiful sunset photo was taken at a resort in Jamaica while we attend a family wedding. The sunsets were perfect. I found a perfect framing of it with the palm trees and chairs facing the ocean.

Time

This was probably taken around 7 in the evening.

Lighting

I am not a lighting type of photographer..I depend on natural light and what exists when I shoot. Back in the day some of the best photographers didn't have the "setup" to do lighting like today...natural to me is better.

Equipment

At that time I used a Nikon Coolpix L610. Hand held ...iso 125 f stop 5.1 , 1/500.

Inspiration

I am always inspired but sky, sunrise and sunset shoots. They really give me a sense of peacefulness.

Editing

No post processing

In my camera bag

I shoot with a Nikon D7100 or Canon Eos T7...2 lenses..24-70 and 70-300. No external flash. No tripod.

Feedback

Just go with your gut and have fun shooting.
