I took this photo in my yard, NW Missouri. I was into color splash at the time and practicing with natural light.Time
2 pm ish. I was playing with Natural light in my yard. It was overcast that day. Which I think helped me.Lighting
I try to play with natural light different times of the day. It was overcast that day. Cloudy. I'm better without the sun.Equipment
I shot this photo with a Canon T5i with an 18-55 lens by hand in Manual with no Tripod. I mostly laid on the ground to take these photos. I just kneeled over my violin and shot it.Inspiration
I was really into Color Splash at the time , so I took pictures and practiced editing with color splash and I dont think I could have done it better anywhere else. It was perfectEditing
I take alot of pictures, overkill at times. I try to take pictures without needing an edit in anyway. Or very little, if I can get it as natural as I can without having to process, then I'm very happy. The only thing I did to this photo was color splash and maybe a crop.In my camera bag
I normally carry a Canon T5i with 18-55 mm lens. I do alot of Macro so I carry magnified + macro lenses. A magnified lens ball, a marble to take macro of flowers, bugs and spiders.Feedback
Have fun with it. Use your imagination, overcast cloudy day, some flowers and your favorite instrument. I like to use both a violin and a cello, natural light, no flash and a color splash app.
