I used my iPhone 4S and the lens you see in the picture is scavenged from a large DLP projection screen TV I found in the trash and took apart and recycled all the cool parts inside for future use.Inspiration
I like science and nature and learning how things work and that is what led me to take apart this broken TV I ran across. When I discovered all the neat lenses inside it I knew there had to be a lot more cool uses for them than burning ants :) I began walking around "magnifying" things and my strawberries were in bloom and the blooms really are amazing if you look at them up close.Editing
I cropped it and that's it!In my camera bag
I'm not a photographer and I don't even carry anything except my iPhone (currently a 5S) but I do carry a lot in my bag including my beloved 17" MacBook Pro, a little bendable tripod, a glif to mount my iPhone on it, and about every cable and connector I could possibly need along the way. I also purchased an aluminum shoe so I could mount my iPhone on a standard tripod (although I've found that it doesn't fit all tripods) via my glif.Feedback
Have fun with the tools you have around the house and think outside the box.
