great idea to have the sky behind icarus and cut the plinth off to give the idea he is flying!

Thank you :) this photo was one of the first i shot, straight after i got a 2nd hand camera and started to enjoy photography closer.
For a "day-dreamer" like me, Icarus will to dream and fly the same like Jonathan Livingston Seagull, is something impossible to ignore.
This statue is in Zaventem, Belgium and i was very fortunate to have these clouds and some blue sky, because usualy the sky is just covered with a cloudy grey blanket.
Anyways, the dreams and choices we make, are many times unatural like flight was to Icarus, it seems everything wants to stop us to "fly". I share here Icarus to celebrate everybody everyday's eforts to move and step forward, even if our resistance seems fútil.
