This is a two shot composite. The first was taken in late blue hour at a lower ISO, higher f-stop and longer exposure to keep the noise down. The second was taken at a much higher ISO for a shorter exposure at f2.8. Finally, one was copied over the other with a mask applied and other slight adjustments made in Photoshop 2014 first and finalized in Lightroom.
