Location
This photo was taken in my Mother's garden. It is the place that I started taking pictures. Too much beauty in one spot, not to capture it.Time
It was taken in the early afternoon, with the sun still very bright on the garden.Lighting
The lighting was all done by Mother Nature. Just the right time of day to make the colors "pop"Equipment
I have a Kodak EasyShare Point and Shoot. It is a bit slow on the response, but I have never had a complaint about the picture quality. I believe it has a lot to do with the amazing lens they used on this model. (Schneider-Kreuznach Variogon lens) So, for a point and shoot, it's not bad.Inspiration
The beauty of the sun hitting the amazing color in the roses is what drew me to take this picture.Editing
No post processing. In my camera bag
Just my point and shoot, with a few well charged batteries.Feedback
I let the beauty of nature inspire me. When you follow that, you can't go wrong. Take a deep breath, open your eyes and feel the nature calling. Living in Nebraska, we need pictures like this to hold us over the Winter! .
