who gives a rock

I stumbled across these this evening on a beach, on closer inspection of these beautifully painted rocks I noticed an email address and Facebook page,so I had a look .
It turns out it's a community project in Cornwall UK,
More like a social experiment, as so far the following on Facebook has spread to California.
So I urge you to check it out!
