In May of 2011, I took a week long vacation at the ocean at Nags Head along the Outer Banks of North Carolina (USA). You would think that vacation is a time to catch up on sleep after months and months of getting up at 5am to get ready to go to work. Not true for me! I got up early every morning and went out to find a different place to shoot. Here is a pre-sunrise scene from the seaside area of Manteo, North Carolina.
