Park Bench with Lilac was created on the grounds of Winterthur Museum located in Wilmington Delaware. The gardens on the property were laid out in a manner that allowed the guests to following these meandering pathways through each section; the paths were dotted with aromatic resting areas. Looking at this photograph today, I can still remember the relaxing scent of Lilac that surrounded me as I rested on the bench. Photograph created by Melissa Fague.
