This is a 1965 VW bug that I totally customized from the top down and then the bottom up. This was one of the fastest VW Bugs I ever owned due to the lack of weight and the super little 1614CC engine that was totally balanced and carburated to go with the 'ported & polished heads' & the old Gene berg short intakes that were also polished to match the heads and Delorto carburator's. This little Roadster turned heads everywhere it went and is still winning throphie's for it's new owner from Sacramento, CA. Photo taken on the Santa Cruz, Ca Municipal Wharf.

Built this VW Roadster from a not so nice VW Beetle, 1965 model. Many hours getting it to look right.
